Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) seeks a Master's level Unlicensed Therapist or Licensed Therapist to deliver dyadic therapy and infant mental health consultation for children aged 0–6 and their families at the ECFC. The role combines grant-funded consultation with outpatient services and supports licensure through supervision and CPP/PCIT training.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling or related field is required.
• Experience in infant and early childhood mental health preferred.
• Experience with CPP/PCIT or equivalent evidence-based practices is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide dyadic therapy and infant mental health consultation for ages 0–6.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team across outpatient therapy, consultation, and family support.
• Maintain treatment plans, documentation, and coordination with guardians and partners.
