Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is establishing the Platte Crossing Counseling Center in Commerce City, CO. We seek licensed clinicians to provide intake, assessments, individual/family/couples therapy, and group therapy, with telehealth options based on client needs.

Hybrid schedule, flexible weeks, and strong team support help build a new clinic and improve access to behavioral health services for Adams County residents.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited program.
• Active licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PSY) or public licensure track; eligible candidate permitted to pursue licensure.
• Experience delivering individual, family, and group therapy; crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and assessment services to clients.
• Deliver individual, family, couples, and group therapy across ages.
• Utilize trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approaches.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with clients.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and external partners.
