Job summary

Health Connect America in Georgia is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide clinical services to children, families, and individuals in homes, schools, and communities, delivering care that is trauma-informed, strengths-focused, and personalized.

You’ll conduct biopsychosocial assessments, deliver evidence-based therapy (individual, group, and family), maintain documentation, monitor progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience with children and/or families.
• Eligible for GA licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy across individual, group, and family sessions.
• Maintain engagement, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessment and safety planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and connect clients to community resources.
• Complete accurate documentation and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
