Job summary

Health Connect America, Inc seeks a Licensed Therapist to deliver client-centered behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in home, office, and community settings. You will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with current state credential and able to provide services to diverse client populations.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills across individuals, families, and groups.
• Ability to document thoroughly and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
