JOB DESCRIPTION:
Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. As a CCBHC Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
Pay Range: $60,000-$90,000
Sign On bonus
3,000 For Masters Level Clinicians
5,000 For Licensed Therapist
Pay Range $60,000- $70,000 (All three-letter license and Associate and pending licenses)
Pay Range 70,000- $90,000 (All 4-letter license)
Candidates with years of experience may be eligible for additional pay.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
Years of Experience:
Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
Must have an active Three or Four letter license associate license or Indiana license eligible.

Pay Range: $43,900.00--$61,370.00
