Job Description

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. As a CCBHC Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

Sign-On Bonus:

  • $3,000 for Master’s Level Clinicians
  • $5,000 for Licensed Therapists

Additional Pay Ranges:

  • $60,000 - $70,000 for all three-letter license, associate, and pending licenses
  • $70,000 - $90,000 for all four-letter licenses

Candidates with years of experience may be eligible for additional pay.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain communication and reporting with referral sources and involved parties as approved by the client.
  • Maintain effective working relationships within the clinical team.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Foster effective relationships with community referral sources.
  • Participate in developing and implementing quality clinical practices.
  • Meet billable hour productivity standards.
  • Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
  • Complete clinical documentation within two business days of service.
  • Complete treatment plans and service authorizations promptly.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Effective communication via written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods.
  • Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services.
Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.

Experience: Three to five years in a behavioral health environment preferred; experience with evidence-based interventions is a plus.

Licensure: Must have an active three or four-letter license, associate license, or be eligible for Indiana licensure.

Physical Requirements

Standing - 10%; Sitting - 90%; Occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, driving, lifting.

Salary Range: $43,900 - $61,370
