JOB DESCRIPTION:

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. As a CCBHC Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

Pay Range by License: $60,000- $70,000 (All three-letter license and Associate and pending licenses), $70,000- $90,000 (All 4-letter license)

Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000 MLC, $5,000 Licensed Therapist; candidates with more experience may be eligible for additional pay.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain communications and reporting with referral sources and involved parties as approved by the client.
2. Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
3. Maintain timely and accurate clinical records per organization policies.
4. Participate in developing and implementing quality clinical practices.
5. Meet billable hour productivity standards.
6. Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
7. Complete clinical documentation within two business days of service.
8. Complete treatment plans and clinical service authorizations promptly.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Effective communication via written, verbal, in person, and virtual methods.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in behavioral health preferred; experience with evidence-based practices is a plus.

Licensure: Active three or four-letter license, associate license, or eligible for Indiana license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing 10%, Sitting 90%, Occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, driving, lifting.

Salary Range: $43,900 - $61,370
