JOB DESCRIPTION:

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. As a CCBHC Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to our clients' needs.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

- $60,000 - $70,000 for candidates with all three-letter licenses and associate or pending licenses.

- $70,000 - $90,000 for candidates with all four-letter licenses.

Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000 MLC, $5,000 Licensed Therapist

Candidates with more experience may be eligible for additional pay.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain communication and reporting with referral sources and involved parties as approved by the client.
2. Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.
3. Ensure timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.
4. Develop and implement quality clinical practices.
5. Meet billable hour productivity standards.
6. Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
7. Complete clinical documentation within two business days of service.
8. Complete treatment plans and service authorizations promptly.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Effective communication via written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in behavioral health preferred; experience with evidence-based practices is a plus.

Licensure: Active Three or Four-letter license, associate license, or Indiana license eligible.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing: 10%
• Sitting: 90%
• Squatting, Kneeling, Bending, Driving, Lifting: Occasional

Time Type: Full time

Salary Range: $43,900 - $61,370
