The Center for Counseling & Consultation in Kansas is seeking a licensed Therapist to provide compassionate mental health care across our communities. You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, conduct assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans, while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (psychology, social work, counseling, or related).
• Licensed or license-eligible in Kansas with active status or ability to obtain license.
• Background check clear of abuse or neglect issues.
• Driver’s license in good standing preferred for travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on caseload and credentials.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings as appropriate.
• Deliver crisis intervention services during sessions or walk-ins.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Complete progress notes, documentation, and utilization reviews on time.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, ethical, and licensing requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and CEUs.
• Maintain active licensure in Kansas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
