Job summary

Solero Columbus Behavioral Transitions in Columbus, OH seeks a licensed Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy to adults, conduct psychosocial assessments, and coordinate discharge planning.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation in the EMR, and educate patients and families on diagnoses, coping strategies, and available resources while upholding HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Current Ohio licensure: LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC or MFT/IMFT.
• Knowledge of behavioral health diagnoses, crisis intervention, and evidence-based modalities.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and complete required clinical documentation.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with patients and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups to support recovery and coping.
• Coordinate discharge planning, including aftercare referrals and community resources.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, case managers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure confidentiality.
