Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years driving experience required.
• Six months or more in chemical dependency/substance abuse/psychiatric setting or human services preferred.
• Six months of experience at MARC preferred.
• Experience with EMR system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Therapist Assistant staff and lead shift reports.
• Coordinate workflow and delegate responsibilities during shifts.
• Provide patient education and life skills support.
• Document patient progress and communicate with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide Therapist Assistant coverage when needed and assist with staffing coverage.
