Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and counseling to patients.
• Adhere to the code of ethics for mental health professionals.
• Provide accurate and timely reports and record keeping per agency policies.
• Utilize supervision from the clinical supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing CEU training, agency in-services, and staff meetings.
• Other duties within the scope of practice or this position as assigned.
