Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field.
- Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in NC (LCMHC/LCMHCA/LCSW/LCSW).
- General knowledge of the North Carolina human services delivery system.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to lift 20–50 pounds and perform CPR/therapeutic holds.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and assessments.
- Deliver individual and group therapy for adults and children/adolescents.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians, local agencies, and the community.
- Support referrals and holistic treatment connections.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain communication and implement procedures.
