RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Community Based Child & Adolescent Therapist for the MORES Team in Hendersonville/Asheville, NC. The role offers hybrid work options and a $5,000 bonus, with a focus on delivering therapeutic services to children and teens in community settings.

You will perform clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and help families develop coping strategies to reduce crisis needs, working collaboratively with clinicians, families, and local partners to support

Qualifications

• Experience with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Strong crisis intervention and client-centered treatment planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, crisis intervention, individual and family therapy for children/adolescents 3–21.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Coordinate with families, guardians, and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
