Bradford Health Services in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Therapist to deliver evidence-based treatment to patients with behavioral health disorders. You will conduct individual, group, and family sessions using MI, CBT, and DBT modalities to help patients progress toward recovery and healthier futures.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, has addiction and mental health experience, and excellent communication skills. Licensed or license-eligible status is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or a related field is required.
• Experience in addiction and mental health settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work collaboratively with a diverse team and patient population.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments with newly admitted patients.
• Assess and document risk of harm to self or others.
• Develop patient-specific treatment plans with goals, interventions and timeframes.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to plan appropriate aftercare.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients.
• Lead process groups on topics related to addiction, recovery and wellbeing.
• Facilitate family sessions and specialty groups as needed.
• Maintain progress notes and updated treatment plans reflecting patient progress.
