Bradford Health Services seeks a Therapist to support individuals, families, and groups through diverse mental health challenges. You will assess clients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based counseling using proven techniques while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team for crisis care and ongoing support.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
• Strong crisis intervention knowledge and behavioral health principles.
• Excellent communication and client confidentiality and ethical practice.

Responsabilités

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions addressing a broad range of mental health concerns.
• Perform thorough psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for acute distress or emergencies.
• Facilitate anger management and life transitions counseling for coping methods.
• Maintain detailed, confidential client records per legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to coordinate care.
• Stay current with best practices and research in counseling and psychotherapy.
