Job summary

Bradford Health Services in Warrior, AL seeks a licensed Therapist to provide clinical support to clients at our campus. The role involves psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, individual and group counseling, and coordination with the clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work, licensure or eligibility, strong crisis intervention skills, and experience with addiction treatment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Professional licensure is required; if not, must qualify to apply for licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention and behavioral health management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans with clear goals.
• Document clinical progress notes and summarize treatment course.
• Provide individual and group therapy for addictive disorders.
• Coordinate care with clinical team, payers, and referrals.
• Incorporate 12-Step principles into therapy and discharge planning.
• Maintain professional demeanor, supervise as needed, and manage caseload effectively.
