Bradford Health Services in Florence, AL seeks a licensed Therapist to plan and deliver evidence-based treatment for adults and/or adolescents with behavioral health disorders. You will conduct individual, group, and family sessions using MI, CBT, and DBT within a collaborative treatment team to support progress toward patients’ goals.

You will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress while maintaining professional standards and participating in biweekly supervision

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and state certification.
• Experience in addiction and mental health treatment and assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work collaboratively with a diverse team and patient population.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments for new patients.
• Assess and document risk of harm to self or others.
• Develop treatment plans with patient-specific goals and timeframes.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to plan aftercare.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients.
• Lead process groups on addiction, recovery, and wellbeing.
• Facilitate family sessions.
• Maintain and update progress notes and treatment plans.
