Job summary

Meridian Health Services is seeking a Therapist for its children’s services team in Elwood, Indiana. The role focuses on providing high-quality clinical services to children, families, and adults with mental health needs within outpatient and residential settings.

You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapies in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in relevant behavioral science fields and Indiana licenses (LSW/LMHC-A/LMFT-A/LCAC-A).

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marital & Family Therapy or related Behavioral Science field of study is required.
  • Current non-probationary temporary Indiana license in one of LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, or LCAC-A is required at minimum.
  • Valid driver's license, driving record per Meridian policy, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
  • Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling services.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners in writing and verbally.

We are currently seeking a Therapist to join our children's services team located in Elwood, Indiana.

About the Role:

As a Therapist, you’ll play a vital role for the provision of clinical services to individuals in their respective areas, primarily children, adults and/or families with mental health issues and/or dual diagnosis, or individuals with substance use/dependence issues in both the outpatient and residential setting.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who are passionate about whole-person care and thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment. Experience in behavioral health or social services is a plus.

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marital & Family Therapy, or related Behavioral Science field of study required
  • Current non-probationary temporary license from state of Indiana in one of the following: LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A required at minimum
