We are currently seeking a full time day Skill Builder I for our adult services program located in Delaware County, IN. This position will provide skills and development training to assist patients and/or families in developing skills directed towards achieving developmental milestones and reducing psychosocial barriers. A Skill Builder provides case management services, working in conjunction with the clinical team for coordination of care. A Skill Builder works with the patient on a day to day basis using professional judgment and discretion to implement the team determined treatment plan.
Drug screen, TB test, extensive background check, and fingerprinting are required of all Meridian employees.
