Meridian Health Services in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Clinically Licensed Therapist III to join our Behavioral Health Program. We are currently seeking a Clinically Licensed Therapist to join our team in Behavioral Health Program, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position will work Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm and will have up to 10% travel within the community.

About the Role:

As a Therapist III, you’ll play a vital role for the provision of clinical services to individuals in their respective areas, primarily children, adults and/or families with mental health issues and/or dual diagnosis, or individuals with substance use/dependence issues in both the outpatient and residential setting.

Therapist III Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, mental status exams, and diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling services
• Deliver therapeutic services aligned with treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, courts, schools, and community agencies to coordinate care
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners both verbally and in writing
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical and administrative documentation
• Adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and state and federal regulations

What We’re Looking For in a Therapist III:

We’re seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who are passionate about whole-person care and thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment. Experience in behavioral health or social services is a plus.

• Master’s degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marital & Family Therapy, or related Behavioral Science field of study as required for licensure
