Job summary

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions in Salina, KS, is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Family Preservation Services program. You’ll provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings, using trauma-informed practices to support children and families toward safe, stable environments.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, coordinating with agencies, 24-hour on-call support, and maintaining electronic client records.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.

As a Therapist in our Family Preservation Services Program, you will use trauma-informed practices to support children and families, focusing on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. You will work in-home, guiding families toward safe and stable environments.
