Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. seeks a licensed therapist to deliver in-home and community-based family preservation services, using trauma-informed practices to support children and families.

You will develop treatment plans, collaborate with public and private agencies, assist families in crisis with on-call interventions, and maintain timely documentation while coordinating long-term service needs with Behavioral Health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.

As a Therapist in our Family Preservation Services Program, you will use trauma-informed practices to support children and families, focusing on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. You will work in-home, guiding families toward safe and stable environments.
