Job summary

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a Therapist for our Family Preservation Services Program.

You will provide in-home therapy to children and families, using trauma-informed practices to support self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. You will develop treatment plans, collaborate with public and private agencies, and assist families in crisis with a 24-hour on-call rotation; you will ensure timely documentation and coordinate long-term service needs with

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Licensure (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC) required; clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
• Valid drivers license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.

As a Therapist in our Family Preservation Services Program, you will use trauma-informed practices to support children and families, focusing on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. What You’ll Bring:
