TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed therapist to provide in-home and community-based services within our Family Preservation Programs.

You will apply trauma-informed practices to help children and families achieve self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on keeping families safely together. The role involves developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating with agencies and partners, and participating in a 24-hour on-call

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• BSRB licensure (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.

Responsabilidades

As a Therapist in our Family Preservation Services Program, you will use trauma-informed practices to support children and families, focusing on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving.
