As part of Detroit Recovery Project's continued growth and commitment to expanding access to behavioral health services, we are excited to open our new Bingham Farms office. This location will provide outpatient therapy services in a professional and welcoming environment designed to support both clinicians and the individuals we serve.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and help establish services at a new location while benefiting from the resources, support, and stability of a well-established Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
New hires will complete approximately 2–3 weeks of onboarding and training at our Detroit Outpatient Clinic before transitioning to the Bingham Farms office.
The salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 annually, based on non-discriminatory factors such as licensure level, education, clinical experience, specialized credentials, and overall qualifications.
This is a salaried‑exempt position and is not eligible for overtime compensation.
Detroit Recovery Project is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Therapists to provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use concerns. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, committed to providing high‑quality clinical care, and excited to be part of a growing team.
To support client access to care, clinicians are expected to maintain at least one late‑day/evening schedule each week. Specific schedules will be determined in partnership with leadership based on client and program needs.
The COVID‑19 vaccination is strongly encouraged but not required for employment with Detroit Recovery Project.
