Job summary

Chartiers Center in Sto-Rox, McKees Rocks, PA 15136 is seeking a licensed mental health professional (LPC) with a Master’s degree to provide comprehensive counseling and therapy services. The role encompasses individual, family, and group therapy, assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s degree in a mental health field and be an LPC with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field with at least 2 years of experience.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals and community partners to provide mental health support, outreach, and education.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather client history, identify needs, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support positive client outcomes.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients' support systems, including family members, schools, healthcare providers, and other community resources, as appropriate.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Job Location: Sto-Rox - McKees Rocks, PA 15136Chartiers Centeris a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third partyinsurancesand private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.

Job Duties
