Job summary

Nora Mental Health in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking an experienced, independently licensed therapist with an established caseload for a private-practice home. You provide excellent care; we provide the infrastructure to help you grow professionally.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Indiana clinical license such as LMHC, LSW, LMFT, Psy.D., or Ph.D.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy within your scope of practice.
• Complete timely assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, referral sources, payers, and community partners as appropriate.
• Maintain professional licensure, ethical standards, and continuing education requirements.

Carmel, Indiana | Hybrid | Full-Time or Part-Time | 1099

Earn $50-$65 per clinical hour while keeping the flexibility of private practice - without the billing, credentialing, or administrative burden.
