Job summary

Work with Willow, a private practice in Indiana, seeks licensed therapists to join a thriving team and maintain a steady caseload with built-in referrals. Positions offer hybrid in-office and telehealth scheduling, health insurance, PTO, and professional development.

You’ll join a supportive environment with full admin support, enabling you to focus on client care and impact. The role is a W2 hourly position with full-time or part-time options, targeting ~25 clients per week for full-time

Qualifications

• Licensed in Indiana: LMHC or LCSW.
• Full-time caseload of ~25 clients/week or part-time options.
• Interest in helping clients with mental health concerns and learning a specialty within Eating Disorders.
