Thriveworks is a clinician‑founded national private practice group. We seek licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions.

Qualifications

• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Licensed and residing in Indiana

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Provide a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Partner collaboratively with team members.
• Treat couples and/or children (behavioral health generalists).
• Potential growth into leadership or supervisory roles.
• Complete clinical notes within 24 hours.
• Maintain integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
• Engage in professional development and team collaboration.

Compensation

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
