Qualifications

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Indiana:

• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians must be licensed and permanently residing in the state where they will practice.

Compensation

Up to $57,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
