Job summary

One Hope United in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to manage a therapeutic residential living environment for youth. You will promote emotional and physical health, provide a safe, structured setting, and implement each youth’s Individual Treatment Plan.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to complete required trainings, with opportunities for professional growth and internal

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 21 years of age and valid driver's license.
DCF background check and approval to transport youth.

Responsibilities

Supervise youth in accordance with OHU and DCF policies.
Maintain a therapeutic home using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.
Teach daily living, social skills, emotional regulation, and independent living per Individual Treatment Plan.
Maintain certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or equivalent.
Follow the Residential Program Plan and daily schedule, including outcomes and consequences.
Attend meetings and trainings as assigned.
