Job summary

Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker to operate under a licensed Clinician, assisting with in-home therapy goals and supporting families to enhance client functioning at home and in the community.

We offer 4- or 5-day work weeks, competitive pay, and a supportive team. Bilingual opportunities are available to aid diverse families and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field required.
• Experience working with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or autism spectrum disorder.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship not available at this time.
• Access to laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone for FFS positions.
• High speed internet access required for full-time positions.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service: $25 to $40 per hour
