Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Minimum three years experience with at risk children/teens.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Age 23 or older.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors.
• Ability to work shifts and with diverse backgrounds.
• Background clearance and drug test required.
• Flexible schedule expected.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise and coach Mental Health Technicians.
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure client-to-staff ratios.
• Provide feedback to staff on performance.
• Supervise staff during shifts and coordinate with nurses regarding medical directives.
• Document and update daily logs; manage client transportation and admissions.
• Complete shift change meetings and communicate with the Village Program Director as needed.
• Ensure reports are accurate and filed; mentor volunteers.
