Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver therapeutic recreational programs aligned with treatment goals.
• Modify activities to meet diverse needs and abilities.
• Supervise and coach patient aides and complete performance evaluations.
• Maintain attendance, notes, inventory, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with clinical, security, and administrative staff.
