The position is full-time with a Monday-Friday shift from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., offering opportunities for advancement and professional development in a structured CCUSO environment.

Qualifications

• Six years of education and/or full-time experience in art, behavioral sciences, recreation, or related fields equals one year of experience.
• Graduate-level education may substitute for experience as described.
• One year of full-time work experience in an activities program is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver therapeutic recreational programs aligned with treatment goals.
• Modify activities to meet diverse needs.
• Supervise and coach patient aides and track work hours and evaluations.
• Maintain attendance, notes, inventory, and incident reports.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and provide behavioral observations.
• Manage activity spaces, equipment, and supplies for safety and usage.
• Collaborate with clinical, security, operations, and admin staff.
