Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in recreation, therapeutic recreation, or related field required.
• Experience delivering therapeutic recreational programming in clinical/secure settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver therapeutic recreational programs aligned with treatment goals.
• Modify activities to meet diverse needs and ensure safety and engagement.
• Supervise patient aides, track hours, and conduct performance evaluations.
