Apple Rehab Mystic is seeking a Therapeutic Recreation Director to plan and execute comprehensive recreational services for residents. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure quality programs, and align activities with residents’ interests, religious and cultural needs.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a resident-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must meet requirements of Therapeutic Recreation Director as stated in the Public Health Code.
• Must possess at least one year experience in rehabilitative or geriatric setting.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plans, controls and executes therapeutic recreational services for residents.
• Ensures the highest quality recreation program is provided.
• Develops a full range of therapeutic recreational programs and activities for all residents.
