Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily activity programs for residents, including weekends and evenings.
• Supervise staff, volunteers, and contract personnel delivering programs.
• Prepare monthly activity calendars and maintain participant records.
• Coordinate outings and special events with other departments; monitor safety and HIPAA compliance.
