• Minimum of two years’ experience in recreation programming for older adults.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and Word processing.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and coordinates a therapeutic recreation program including group activities and 1:1 visits.
• Drafts monthly programming calendars and oversees attendance.
• Monitors progress toward recreation goals and adjusts activities.
• Orients and supervises volunteers with clear direction.
• Participates in Plan of Care conferences and related meetings.
