Job summary

Hoyleton Youth & Family Services in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to assist in the therapeutic programming for children in the cottage. You will report to the Programs Manager, advocate for clients and staff, and help ensure high quality care aligned with our CARE/TCI framework.

Responsibilities include shift planning, coaching, supervising Youth Care Workers, completing Medicaid paperwork, supporting treatment planning, maintaining records, and helping manage the cottage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human service field with 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift planning, coaching and decision-making support for staff on duty.
• Assist in interviews, supervise and evaluate Youth Care Workers and coordinate with the Programs Manager.
• Complete Medicaid documentation and oversee staff Medicaid paperwork.
• Model strong work ethic and ensure quality care for children.
• Maintain records and reports including client summaries and incident reports.
