Responsibilities

• Provide shift planning, coaching and decision support for staff on duty.
• Assist in interviews, supervise staff, and complete evaluations.
• Complete Medicaid documentation and oversee staff compliance.
• Model strong work ethic and ensure high quality care for youth.
• Maintain open communication among staff and with therapists and admins.
• Support treatment planning and coordinate implementation for residents.
