Position Responsibility Highlights include:

1. Therapeutic Program Assistant assists the Facility's Program Director to enhance the physical, cognitive, and social function of our residents.
2. Promote programming initiatives within the community to encourage participation.
3. Determine appropriate resident activity levels and ensure safety.
4. Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Ability to read, write, and understand the English Language.
2. Minimum of two (2) years experience in a geriatric facility is preferred.
3. Powerful motivator.
4. Self-starter.
5. Exemplary written communication skills.
