Job summary

Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a full-time Parent Aide/Case Manager to join our team, supporting families across Worcester County and working alongside DCF and social workers to stabilize households. The role includes direct services, parent education, supervising visits, connecting families to resources, budgeting, and maintaining thorough case records in a timely fashion.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma (or degree) and bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or two years’ experience with families and children, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Knowledge of Therapeutic Parenting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client services to promote wellbeing, including parent education and supervised visits.
• Assist families to access community resources and maintain family functioning.
• Maintain client records, case notes, and documentation with deadlines.
• Observe and coach parenting skills.
• Attend meetings with DCF and partner agencies.
• Comply with policies and report abuse as mandated.
