Job summary

Willow Creek Behavioral Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Cook to work 4 days per week from 10:00 to 20:00, with every other weekend required. The Cook will implement menus, coordinate food preparation, and serve meals to patients, staff and visitors, ensuring nutritious, high-quality meals and allergy-conscious options.

Onsite role with responsibilities for inventory, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Two or more years’ experience in food service role in preparing food for institutions, such as school, hospital or cafeteria preferred.
• SERV Safe Certification or similar food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares foods in accordance with facility policies, approved dietary guidelines and recipes/menus provided by supervisor or Dietician.
• Directs activities of staff who assist in preparing and serving meals.
• Monitors serving line and may serve food to replenish as needed.
• Keeps cooking area clean and orderly, and transports trash to dumpster.
