Job summary

Rite of Passage seeks a Therapeutic Manager to administer, develop and facilitate case plans and prescriptive treatment programs for the youth on their caseload. The role involves delivering individual, family, and group therapies, as well as comprehensive case management and crisis intervention.

Licensed or actively pursuing licensure is preferred, with three years of experience in juvenile case management.

Qualifications

• MA, MS or MSW required (Licensed or actively pursuing license preferred).
• Three years of case management experience with juveniles.
• CAC II or CAC III preferred; substance abuse education/treatment for juveniles.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees prescriptive treatment plans and graduation plans.
• Provides individual, family, and group therapy and case management services.
• Maintains and updates student files with monthly progress notes and weekly updates.
