Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Therapeutic In-Home Coach for Concord, NC and surrounding areas to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in home and community settings.

The role involves collaborating with families, developing coping strategies, and providing prevention and intervention services as part of START. Requires a Bachelor's in Human Services and 2 years of relevant experience; background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services with 2 years experience with population
• Must be self-motivated, efficient with time

Responsibilities

• Coaches work with families and individuals to work on identified needs/skills to assist with strategies to improve coping mechanisms
• Coaches help to develop strategies and tools to assist others with improving overall well being
• Pre-employment screening: Complete criminal background name checks (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
• Proof of employment history or references (if required)
• Positions that require driving: Proof of driver's license, insurance, and vehicle if required for providing transportation for individuals
