• Eligible for Wisconsin DPI Instructional Aide License.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with students with disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and daily living support aligned to classroom needs.
• Assist with small group and individualized instruction to meet learning goals.
• Maintain safety and supervise routines during arrival and dismissal.
• Implement individualized behavior support strategies and monitor progress.
