• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with students with disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Classroom & Student Support: Provide instructional, behavioral, and daily living support; assist with small group instruction; ensure active engagement and safety.
• Behavior & Therapeutic Support: Implement individualized behavior support and therapeutic strategies; know IEPs and safety plans; use de-escalation techniques.
