Green Palms Health & Rehab of Wintersville is seeking a dietary aide to assist with food service operations under the supervision of the Dietitian/Director of Food Services. The role includes delivering meals, assisting with trays, cleaning duties, and ensuring proper hygiene and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves meals with standard portion control.
• Ensures meals are appetizing and properly presented.
• Serves meals on time as needed.
• Assists with daily cleaning duties and kitchen hygiene.
• Cleans tables, meat blocks, refrigerators and floors as required.
• Washes utensils and dishware per procedures.
• Removes garbage and maintains a clean, safe work area.
• Sets up meal trays, carts and dining areas.
• Checks dietary trays before distribution.
• Delivers food carts and trays to designated areas.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows safety policies.
• Assists in inventory and storage of food and supplies.
